AUDIENCE COMMENTS:

What a bonus the Young Artist Program is for the concert-goer. Providing a “you are here” dose of local talent and the excitement of what growing up in a culturally vibrant community can mean for young people. Thank you for introducing these young artists among us. (Anonymous)

Bach – vibrant, clean joyous, beautifully played. The Gigue certainly danced along. Beethoven – Allegro – wonderful colours and contrasts. Adagio – cantabile that melts the heart of any listener. Allegretto – clean and charming – always the right amount of breath and air – charming. Rachmaninoff – 3 short Preludes – each a gem on its own. Enviable facility in the fingers – colourful dynamics. Albéniz – #1 high-spirited and flamboyant. Spanish rhythms and flavours well portrayed. (VH)

A beautiful concert as usual. I am thrilled about the inclusion of our local young artists. It would be wonderful if the camera was just a little more zoomed in. I want to see the performer, especially the hands. I do not need to see the rest of the piano, nor the floor. (Anon)

Everything was absolutely amazing. Breathtaking! Atmosphere was stunning. It was such a pleasure to be there. (KM)

More Spanish music! More Albéniz! (C)
