AUDIENCE COMMENTS

It was just plain FUN! Great arrangements. (CD)

Unique – quite enjoyed the energetic, one-of-a-kind interpretations of Bach. Very lively. Nice to see, hear and learn about the different kinds of recorders. They should consider approaching the New Music Festival to play there. (Anon)

Delightful! (DW)

I came prepared to endure, but spent the evening in serendipitous enjoyment. (GM)

Great concert!! Unique, well-balanced. The fusion of jazz and baroque is very successful. Good presentation of the pieces. Thank you! Merci! (Anon)

Lovely young musicians. Liked their explanations and commentaries. (MP)

Très beau concert! Vous êtes des musiciens talentieux et vos arrangements sont très agréables à écouter. Merci! P.S. Vous communiquez bien avec l’auditorie par vos commentaires entre les pièces. (LF)

Very fun. (Anon)

JS Bach: Clean, clear sounds, like the different stops on the organ, so great to clearly hear all the voices. Jazz tunes had interesting sounds and great harmony. Wonderfully agile fingers by the players à la jazz –delightful – I think J.S. would have enjoyed it. Talented musicians – performers and arrangers made for a wonderful evening of unique music. (VH)

Very versatile players. They have great talent. I do not think J.S. Bach would like to hear his music [presented] with jazz. If they want to play jazz, why don’t they compose their own? They cannot!! (HT)

Jazz is great! I’m sure J.S. Bach would have approved! (Anon)
